Ordered spares for karcher pressure washer on 17-Aug-2016 received conformation e-mail 17-Aug paid extra for next day delivery. Received despatached 18-Aug. did not receive order until 22 -Aug. package had delivery date 18-Aug, asked deliveryman why id was delivered late, replied I only deliver packages.
