Overall, pleased with the service. The delivery time was awesome - arrived earlier than expected. The process to get the shipment set up was cumbersome, but not sure how much of that is due to Send my Bag or to the requirements of the country. Seems like the prices for suitcases are better than for smaller packages. But overall, happy with using Send My Bag.
