I needed a simple way to communicate with the consumers on our group water scheme (outages due to leaks / maintenance etc...). I've been using sendmode.com for almost 4 years now and it has a very user friendly interface for managing customers, messages and reports. Customer service is second to none. On two occasions which were out of office hours (one St. Patrick's weekend, and a late Sunday afternoon) when I had an issue I couldn't figure out, I emailed support and was replied to and sorted out within half an hour. I highly recommend John and his team for their excellent product and customer service - keep up the good work !
