Absolute lying little shits these! I sent my phone first class delivery with their label, 2 weeks later (and a lot of emails) they said it still hadn’t arrived, so I threatened them with legal action and hey presto I got an email the next day to day they had it! Ahahaha lying bastards! Then they offered me £60 for the phone despite agreeing £70 on the website before I posted it! Avoid these lying cowboys at all costs! My next step is to get these on watchdog and then out of business ASAP!!!!
