I was initially concerned arranging currency exchange over internet, but saw many good reviews so decided to give it a go. It couldn't have been better organised! I received confirmation e-mails at every step, at no point had I any concern about where my money had gone. Even to the point where they received my cash on a Saturday and I received confirmation on the day saying that they have received it but won't process the cheque until Monday. So I didn't have to worry over the weekend if they had received it or not or what the exchange rate was going to be. The cheque arrived as expected with the the exchange rate s expected and the postage was refunded. Very clear and easy from start to finish.
