I Bought abhoverboard for my daughter as a Christmas present, it arrived at the end of November. When she first got it on christmas morning I made sure it was fully charged the night before. The hoverboard kept cutting off, flinging her off, she is luckily she never got a serious injury. After contacting customer services I was advised to send an e-mail. I send an initial email where I got a response explaining I had to take some pics and they would get back to me. After nuemourous emails and sending the video I never got a response, all emails are logged to prove this. I also had phone calls which they claim they have no record of. When I finally got a reply in march I was asked to pay over £20 for me to return this item which I refused why should I fork out money for an item that from the start has not worked. After many emails they agreed to pay for the return of the hoverboard to be looked at. I sent the hoverboard away and it returned one week later with the same problem. After my daughter trying this again it cut off randomly again sending her forward and nearly injuring herself. The hover board now has some scratches where it tilts forward when randomly stopping. She was very upset about this. I contacted the company again asking them to explain what repairs had been carried out and asked for a complaints number as I had now lost confidence and my daughter to scared to go on it again. After 4 months and reporting this straight after christmas will nil return emails then sending it away to be fixed finally, it returned in the same state, very disappointing. I have again requested the complaints line which they have failed to give me so I requested a refund and for me to return this item. They have refused due to it being over 14 days. I am disgusted with their customer care and the fact that they expect me to return it again to be looked at. I have explained about scratches due to it randomly stopping, I have explained I am unhappy as we are now 5 months in and this still hasn't been resolved. I asked for a replacement or a refund but due to the scratches due to it randomly stopping they have refused. 5 months of warranty gone and they are basically doing nothing about this. My confidence has now gone with this company and I would expect a full refund as my daughter has been unable to play on this and now scared to go on it due to nearly injuring herself with being flung off. By all means avoid this company, their customer service is discusting and there hoverboard are dangerous.
