Great product BUT the warranty and follow up is poor. Just place an online order for a new Monster Hovercart wheel. The original rubber wheel split on both sides. We have only had the cart since February. Email Segbo a number of times to discuss warranty and no reply. I just gave up in the end and ordered from their website. Life is too short
