Ordered Navy striped sheets, which were expensive, so was very disappointed when they arrived and the colour was more like a charcoal grey. Asked for an RMA and was told I'd have to pay the return carriage, even though they were not as described. Eventually a Collect+ returns label for up to 2kg was received by post. The goods weighed 2.2kg though, and were refused by the Collect+ agency! I had to go all through the procedure again to get another label that was suitable for up to 5kg, and return to the Collect+ agency counter. Even when the goods were back with Secret Linen, a week later, the firm had to be chased up before a refund was received. I daresay they can, and do, do better most of the time, but this has put me off shopping another time.
