I absolutely love your linen bedding - and have bought three sets of it over the last 3 months for myself and others! My only frustration is with the ‘discount’ marketing which seems inconsistent with the values I have wanted to associate with your business. For my first purchase I felt pressured into an 'x% discount ends now, order by y date for Christmas delivery’, which was then followed by a different offer which was clearly available for Christmas delivery a few days later. Since then I have felt bombarded by further 10% discount offers by whenever, which just leaves me feeling that it’s all a bit ungenuine, and I’m almost reluctant to order anything else because I’m not sure if there is going to be a better offer round the corner.
