Shannon was great,an assest to scrivens however, sue who conducted the eye test is not, she needs to accept that she is rude, I am a wheelchair user, nothing wrong with my brain, she never made eye contact and spoke over me to my husband asking questions about me.
However, when Shannon took over the sale she was fantastic. I will not go to scivens if Sue is there
