Transferred to Scrivens from local hospital Audiology department for new hearing aids, old aids had a function for tinnitus sufferers which was very good. Scrivens do not supply hearing aids with a tinnitus function and when I asked to be referred back to hospital audiology department was told I had to deal with them for the next 3 years and couldn’t go anywhere else.
Avoid being transferred to them if you can.
