I don’t usually write reviews but credit where it’s due. Went to the Rugeley shop a few weeks ago for an eye test. The staff were fantastic. Helpful, professional but in a really relaxed atmosphere. I’m normally terrified of getting my eyes tested but they really put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly. The eye test was very thorough and the optician was lovely. I normally shop around for glasses but I was offered several options and didn’t feel any pressure to buy so I bought them on the spot. Louise who helped me with my glasses is an asset to your company. You have amazing staff and I send huge praise to them all. Thank you.
