I recently visited the Colchester branch several times during the process of trying a hearing aid. All the staff are excellent and extremely thorough but the audiologist, Angela Holland was fantastic, a credit to the name of Scrivens. She was not only very professional and knowledgable but carried out her appointments with me in a very understanding way which left me feeling completely relaxed all the way through the process. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone to use them for their sight and hearing needs.
