The staff at Haywards Heath go beyond being a business. I have always had excellent treatment, both by the various optical and audio specialists, but particularly by the staff, who take the trouble to get to know you individually and advise you about your specific set of circumstances.
And the leadership is from the top - the branch manager is excellent, but so is the regional manager, who has helped me on occasion, too, when she's been at the shop.
