First visit to Wem shop. Efficient enough and pleasant staff. However, I was a little put off by the assistant polishing some glasses on her clothing before handing to me to try, and also not appearing to wipe down the chin/ forehead rest on testing equipment before I used it. I was too embarrassed to mention it at the time.
Am awaiting my glasses so can't comment on them.
Otherwise, not a bad experience and very convenient.
