My wife purchased a pair of spectacles from Scrivens upon collection she found they were not suitable. The second appointment to review the spectacles was made and conducted the Optition concluded the spectacle were not suitable.
Having paid in advance, one would expect to be refunded , yet four months later, after having provided evidence that they were not required. You have yet to refund the money I would recommend nobody ever conducts business with your establishment.
