I had my new hearing aids for one week. Then they stopped working I spoke to Scrivens, after a couple of questions they advised I would need them retuned. However I would have to wait over 2 months for this. They then said it could be the tubes, they sent new ones. My daughter fitted them and they still do not work.
Very poor service and a shame as I did enjoy my week of decent hearing!
