Having paid £70 upfront for a replacement hearing aid at Bradleys Penzance somehow my order seems to have been lost despite going in a week later to enquire. The response today 2 weeks later from the shop was that nothing could be done as someone was on holiday until Wednesday! I have arranged with headoffice to have a replacement sent direct to my house 7_10 days . Why couldn't the shop have done this for me Leaving me to arrange myself. My worry is that alot of elderly patients would not have been able to do this for themselves and would have needed the shop to have helped instead of being vaguely told I would have to wait for the audiologist to return from holiday next week ! And I paid £70 !! Very poor uncaring service . Head Office were excellent. Thankyou.
