My criticism is not of my local branch (Palmers Green), which is fine, but of your website.
I have just tried to book an earwax removal appointment; I know my local branch do them as the told me so just a couple of weeks ago. There is no way to do it. I'll have to ring them - or I may just go to Specsavers instead.
