After 6 months of having hearing aids that I paid £3000.00 for then finding out that they don't work as they should after I recommended a friend who purchased the same, they were sent away for repair ...I was told it would take a week (it took two weeks). And they still don't work properly.
Now I can't get appointment for a week and your customer services were of no help.
I wouldn't recommend scrivens to anyone else.
