Felt uncomfortable in store being stared at constantly. New staff member trying on glasses in front of customers. The lady Forgot to change my address. The optician doing the eye tests was very good at putting me at ease. Stared at again constantly by the staff when looking at glasses and then the lady serving me started having a chin wag with her colleague and ignored me. Then didn't give me the correct form to go get glasses elsewhere so now I've gotta go back there.
