Absolutely shocking customer service.
I've moved house a few months ago. Phone 2 or 3 times a week. Emails sent, message left on the Facebook page. Nothing, no response at all. Everytime you call. I give up after 10 or 15 mins. Your call is important to us, or so the recorded message says.
Oh, you have to laugh at the absurdity of that statement!
