My Mother is registered Blind and has hearing issues meaning she required an appointment with Scrivens
She has waited 8 weeks for the appointment at Langford branch only for it to be cancelled the day before
Now she has boon told she needs to wait another 8 weeks and attend a surgery farther away
She is very upset at the way this has been handled
It is shameful that Scrivens are treating an elderly disabled lady with such disrespect
