Ordered my new glasses through the insurance i had taken out because i lost them !
After 4 weeks no notification from Scrivens so i called in ,they told me they had not been ordered for me the lady i ordered them with had just not ordered them ?? I have had to wait another week while they hurried my order through ?
I have not been given any explanation as to why my glasses were not ordered for me ?So for 5 weeks i have had to struggle through with £2.50 glasses which were barely suitable for me to read with .
