We purchased 30 aprons and unfortunately around 8 of them arrived with brown marks, and all 30 were stitched badly with cheap back stitches. We needed them embroidered urgently for a last minute event so once they arrived and we saw the state of them, we sadly didn’t have any other choice but to use them. What would have been appreciated though was some kind of apology and discount from customer services, but they refused as we had used some of them, even though we had taken and sent in photos of all of the issues. So we are not happy at all and will not be using Screentextiles again.
