I got a quote. I accepted the offer. I replied. I got a text, suggested pick up time. I expected it to be picked up. I msde all the necessary arrangements and changes with appointments to accommodate. They did not contact me hslf an hour before as arranged. I sent s text. I had a phone call back from s lsdy saying they tried to contact me but had trouble with their mobiles. I was told they couldn't get the car picked up because the driver couldn't call me! It was arranged for the next day. I again changed my arrangements. So did other people involved. I sent a text requesting confirmation- accepted by text! No one came. I sent more texts - no replies. No answer from phones! Where was "Jason"? Where was "Demi"? I was not happy! Day 3 produced nil responses . My car had to be moved. After hours of waiting, I cancelled to " deal" by text! No response. I lost business. I lost time. I lost money! Where did they go? To whom can I report this disgusting business before others are let down also? Also, " Scrapthatcar", " "Scrapmycar", "Scrapanycar" all seem to one of the same- some investigation is needed!
