Three times I had a collection organized and three times they let me down. The first two times I got no notification at all. The third time, I got a call to arrange collection on the day I had already arranged collection for. Now, this was Copart's problem, not Scrap Car Comparison, but if you are using a third party, their performance reflects on you, so sorry SCC, you get the one star, not Copart.
