Very confusing about who I was actually selling my car to, and what info I needed to give to DVLA. Got there myself in the end, but could have been a lot easier between broker, transporter and ultimate purchaser. Last minute cancellation of first booking very poor. Lack of giving AM/PM time slot also very poor. Will not use again.
