Awful customer service.ordered 2 schoffel ptarmigan jackets for myself and colleague first wear in the wet they leaked on the elbows.
Both elbows both arms ,I sent them back and schoffel.implied I had made puncture holes that's why they leaked.will not give me a refund or replace or anything.discussing.do not buy these faulty jackets
