I have yet to receive the goods which should have been here yesterday. Parcel force returned the parcel to their depot and I have only been able to contact an automated telephone line to rearrange delivery on Monday. I am not happy about this as I wanted the items for the weekend. I have received no explanation from parcel force as to why my goods were not delivered, no card etc. I received a text to say delivery would be between 13.35 and 14.35. It was delivery to a business address with staff present all day. Really not happy about this!! So you request for a review is very timely.
