Was charged delivery, although had spent over the minimum, sent two emails regarding this, but no reply, unfortunate as I am a regular customer
Once brought to their attention, I was refunded the error postage cost
I have been using Scents at No3 for a while and love their products, the smells are brilliant, and have never had a problem before
