The wrong shampoo was sent, I have sent it back by recorded delivery with a picture inside the box of the correct shampoo. I am not sure how the mistake happened as my invoice and original order has the correct information. But I was sent the oil based shampoo that's not good for my Sisterlocks!!!
I have not heard anything or received the correct item yet!! I
am Quite disappointing as I was looking forward to my order.
I have tried calling but no answer.
