Ordered a pink scarf, but it didn't match my wife's dress as well as she tphad hoped it would. As my wife liked the product, I 'phoned Scarf Room looking to exchange for a black version. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and advised us on how to return the scarf for exchange. Excellent customer service.👍
