I’m really disappointed with the courier used by Scandiborn. I placed an order on 28 November for an abacus for my granddaughters birthday. It still hasn’t arrived and has missed the birthday
The courier repeatedly sends messages to say they weren’t able to deliver. Today we tracked the courier and they were very close by but still didn’t deliver. I have contacted Scandiborn several times but to date I still have no parcel.
