the products are great but very disappointed with the service. You need to be more upfront and make it clear that sale items are non-refundable. In a previous order of swimwear (x5 pieces) I've been told I can't get a refund on the items we don't want to keep. We ordered multiple sizes and would have never purchased any had we known. The policy is not the problem it's the lack of clear communication around it.
