I didn't get the parcel. We wrote the following email to support: PLEASE RESPOND Hi, I live in Israel. My daughter and grand son live in London. I wanted to surprise them with a beautiful gift from Scandiborn. I’ve shopped with you before and (they) always enjoyed your products. I ordered the Little Dutch Rocking Ring Stacker and the Sunnylife Float Vest - Monty the Monster online on May 24th 2022. Jumping to the bottom line- the package wasn’t delivered to my grandson. My daughter spent the past few days corresponding (quite furiously) with YODEL regarding the delivery. While YODEL representative claims “After reviewing the tracking information, I noticed that the driver has made 4 delivery attempts and the GPS places him at the correct location on all 4 occasions.”, My daughter works from home and is willing to swear there was no such attempts. Maybe the driver mistakingly tried to deliver to another flat, I don’t know. I just know my daughter is upset, my grandson didn’t get his gift, and all they were offered was going to the “local” Borehamwood Depot which is over an hour away from their St. John’s wood address. My daughter works and the baby is almost a year old. There is no way they can go there. So please help. I really want the gift items to arrive to them, but if that can’t be done- I’ll take a refund.
