Disappointed that I had to pay for return postage on an item that was too small, especially after already paying £3.95 for delivery in the first place.
The sizing of the Liewood shoes is not standard and this is not made clear. A UK 8, as depicted on your website is over a size smaller than a UK 8 at any other retailer.
More so disappointing that on a subsequent order which was over £100, a delivery fee was still payable.
