Scan seem to be a company who are taking customer service seriously. I'm always loyal to companies who take time to make the customer experience a happy and stress free one. I wouldn't have any hesitation whatsoever to use them again to satisfy my craving for the holy grail of " the perfect sound". Scan have taken me one huge step closer to that goal.
