It's quite rare these days to find such great customer service. I purchased a Softube Console 1 from Scan at a very competitive price. It arrived promptly. Unfortunatley i had an issue with the access code for the software to run it. "Here we go" i thought, this could be hours spent on the phone talking to people who don't understand my problem and not getting the issue resolved quickly,as i needed to use the Console 1 for a job that was coming in the next day. I needn't have worried. From the very quick pick up time of the phone and the calm very polite lady who looked up my details and immediately passed me through to the right person in the tech department i new this experiance was going to be different. I spoke to Adrian who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He understood my problem, said he would get in touch with the manufacturer [ in Sweden ] and Email me a new code. Later on that day Adrian,true to his word Emailed me a new code. I was up and running in minutes. Well done Scan. How refreshing to find customer service that works so well.
