I bought my custom 3XS computer a couple of years ago and was a very happy customer even then with all of the presales support and consultancy. Scan 3XS were extremely knowledgeable and professional and provided expert advice when configuring my computer. That was 2 years ago and recently, my computer developed serious issues and would frequently crash or simply fail to boot. I got back in touch with them and they kindly ran through various steps to resolve my issue and even sent me replacement parts as I’m semi tech savvy. Sadly nothing really helped and I asked if they could look at the computer at their workshop. Scan 3XS got the computer back and quickly identified the issue, resolving it and finding another minor issue. They kept me informed to the progress of the repair every step of the way and were knowledgeable and professional every step of the way yet again. I now have my computer back and its fully working and as good as new. Consider me a very happy customer yet again! To me, when things go as expected and you receive good service, it means less than when there is an issue that requires resolving. It’s at those stressful points you see a person’s of company’s character and how they go about in dealing with said issue counts for a lot. Things go wrong, that’s the way of the world, but I’m glad to rely on Scan 3XS at such times. I would highly recommend and I will definitely use them again for all of my IT related requirements.
