Absolutely diabolical customer service.
Given delivery date, didn’t arrive - they said it was with Tuffnells for delivery they quoted a tracking number that didn’t exist, given another delivery date window of 5 days - didn’t arrive. Contacted them yesterday and they said they were having trouble getting stock ie my worktop was not even in stock, never mind our for delivery
The whole thing was a tissue of lies.
I have been waiting for 5 weeks.
I could have gone to Howdens or B and Q and had the bloody thing fitted by now.
