The delivery driver was unloading the timber onto a grassed area never rang bell to ask where we wanted it never spoke at all when we asked him to stop. Did move it onto concrete but still never spoke. If he had rung bell his job would have been easier as we moved the car to enable him to pull truck onto drive.
