Tried to send email to aftersales but it bounced back.
Item not delivered on specified day and was delivered the next day but we were not told this, it was left on driveway whilst we were on holiday for a week. It rained heavily and the item packaging was damaged. No communication regarding delivery until I chased it up, only to find out whilst on holiday that it had been left on our driveway two days earlier. Couldn't get to it until we were back so it was just sat there for a week in all weather. Really poor considering the £15 delivery fee.
