Very disappointed! I ordered a door way back in September 20 and it only arrived on the 15th of January 21. Despite 3 phone calls and 1 chat and 1 e-mail no one ever came back to me on what was happening with the door, understandebly Covid 19 may have had a knock effect with production etc, but no one ever returned the call even though they said they would. Eventually (another phone call) i managed to speak with a Manager who was quite condescending over the phone, the door was eventually delivered, and to my amazement it was damaged? So it will have to go back......
