Ordered three worktop samples.
A week later had heard nothing so chased, to be told that two of them were out of stock but were due in soon. Was asked if I would accept edge trim instead - said that I really wanted samples of the worktop and would be happy to wait.
Chased again and was told that samples had been sent, eventually received them nearly 3 weeks later but had been sent trim rather than worktop samples.
Very disappointed, poor service and communication.
