I have had the worst service ever, I ordered a worktop to be delivered 3/12/2020, the driver phoned me to get directions, then proceeded to swear at me, he put the phone down, when I phoned him back he answered but wouldn’t talk, I tried a few times, went to exit on the farm no Worktop. Next morning still nothing. 24hr express delivery! I don’t think so, I phoned Savoy to complain about bad service, and just got sorry we can’t do anything, until Monday! Needless to say I cancelled my order waiting for my full refund.
