I had a fault with my Daikin air conditioner just as the cold winter weather approached and it was unfortunately just out of warranty. The fault was the PCB board, an expensive part to replace.
I contacted Saturn sales and spoke to Mr John O Hughes, who kindly contacted Daikin on my behalf and managed to send me the spare part free of charge. He has been greatly helpful in this process and saved me from facing an expensive repair bill.
