I live in Brooklyn, NY and Sargasso & Grey came highly recommended by my podiatrist from NYC. With that said, I ordered nine pairs. At first, I was not pleased I could use the XXXXX coupon code (sorry, not allowed to reveal code because they were specific to my podiatrist in NY for her patients) my podiatrist gave me to get 35% discount for my first purchase. Oddly, when I went back in, the shoes I picked were on sale and the 35% discount disappeared. I also had another discount code for sales items given to me by my podiatrist and was at least able to use this and takes off 20%. Of course, I was not happy about losing my 35% discount and emailed Sargasso and a Katie responded and said I could only use one of them because the 35% code was only for items not on sale and for first time buyers. I thought to myself Strike 1!  Next, I ordered the shoes early December and here comes close to mid-January and was wondering, “Where are my shoes?” I emailed Katie again and she said there was a customs tax fee I had to pay DHL and to check if DHL ever sent me an email follow up. I respond back to Katie, all by email, that DHL had not contacted me and she followed up again and next thing you know, DHL calls that I needed to pay an additional $138 and that they were holding them some where in Brooklyn I never heard of. Strike 2! Next, I emailed her to say the unexpected customs tax fee was unacceptable and Sargasso should do the right thing and at least reimburse me this fee. Plus, I have been waiting more than a month for my necessary shoes. She further explains that they have a new system and why there could have been issues with them not charging me with correct amount that should have included the customs tax fee. Strike 3! BUT WAIT! Next day, I received all nine of my shoes in one box nicely packed with their respective shoe bags. When I saw the shoe bags, they reminded me of my years dancing Argentine Tango, now retired from that and why I was in desperate need of the right shoes and not just any comfy shoes, but just as importantly, stylishly, comfy and attractive shoes specific for wide and a little bunion feet, especially from someone who wore the most beautiful and sexy shoes in the world. All I can say is WOW! Every single one fit perfectly thanks to Katie’s know-how of which shoe I would need whether wide or extra wide based on how narrow fit the shoe is and I have one foot slightly wider than the other because one bunion protrudes outward a bit more than the other. I am so very impressed and overjoyed with all of them. THERE’s MORE! I also received credit for the unexpected customs tax fee which I truly appreciated Sargasso doing the right thing in the end and further advised if I was to reorder, to order TWO at a time to avoid customs tax fees. All in all, the shoes are of very high quality and deserves a second chance when ready to reorder and hope this helps you! MAC
