Katie was trully so nice and wonderful. i made an order for the first time and had the shoes delivered to me. once i recieved them i loved how they looked so much that i threw away the box they came in and put the shoes away in my closet and planned to try them on later that week. i suddenly had to fly overseas for a few days and only when i came back did i try on the shoes and to my dissapointment the size i got was WAY to big for my feet. i contacted katie and explained the situation and that to my stupidity i had thrown away the shoe box before trying on the shoe. she was very kind and gladly accepted my return. at the end i got my currect size and bought another pair in another color. i love them and the quality is superb!
