The customer service is second to none! I emailed to ask if they were re-stocking a shoe which I had I’d identified for my sons wedding. Katie emailed me straight away asking what size I needed. She found me a pair which were slightly too snug.
However they then had a pair returned which she kept for me whilst I returned the first pair.
Excellent customer service! I will definitely be buying from them again.
